CoinTracker makes cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and tax compliance simple. CoinTracker enables consumers and businesses to seamlessly track their cryptocurrency portfolio, investment performance, taxes, and more. We are a globally distributed team on a mission to enable everyone in the world to use crypto with peace of mind. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a strong pipeline of leads and help convert them into closed deals.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market and at prospective companies.
  • Become a product expert and assist customers with using CoinTracker effectively, including evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Channel customer feedback to the product team to influence the product roadmap.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end complex sales cycles, including pricing, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic judgment.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with partners and maintain industry connections.
  • Travel biweekly or monthly to meet with partners across the U.S. and globally.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to drive business impact.
  • Motivated and aligned with the mission of enabling everyone to use crypto with peace of mind.
  • Strong communication skills, able to discuss details and big picture perspectives.
  • Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Ambitious and creative in finding and closing new opportunities.
  • Strong strategic judgment and ability to influence stakeholders through storytelling.
  • Enjoy building deep, trusted relationships and proactive outreach skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for partner meetings.
  • Comfort collaborating with product and engineering teams to advocate for partner needs.
  • Ability to run effective demos and translate technical features for non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Professional Services, such as selling to or working with accounting, audit, or law firms.
  • Understanding of how professional services firms evaluate technology and make buying decisions.
  • Familiarity with the business models, incentives, and operational complexity of firms like the Big Four or leading regional CPA firms.
