Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for revenue retention, product/service renewals, and growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and new sales. You'll play a crucial role in connecting market segment, product, and solutions sellers with key client opportunities. The role is considered hybrid, with assigned office work and flexibility for remote work.
