About the Role

The Account Manager, Immunology is responsible for achieving and exceeding Galderma's portfolio sales and executing strategic objectives across high-valued customer segments, including dermatologists, pharmacies, and healthcare networks. The role involves promoting prescription dermatology biologic and consumer products, requiring advanced clinical, operational, and financial selling skills. Galderma is a dermatology-focused company dedicated to innovative, science-based skincare solutions, emphasizing results, teamwork, diversity, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain expertise in brand and segment strategy, providing expert product knowledge.
  • Promote and generate demand for prescription products in a competitive market, including launching new products.
  • Execute Galderma's integrated commercial selling strategies utilizing understanding of contracting and access platforms.
  • Develop cross-functional account plans to drive penetration, retention, and growth of the portfolio for key accounts.
  • Analyze account and provider objectives to align market and patient access with reimbursement functions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing business analytics and customer insights to support solutions.
  • Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the area.
  • Implement customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned contacts in Galderma's commercial speaker bureau.
  • Plan, organize, and execute field-based activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in dermatological or medical sales.
  • Previous account management and B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent performance success.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical, industry, and product-related information professionally.
  • High level of integrity, motivation, and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to sell assertively and differentiate products to increase utilization with target accounts.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal functions such as market and patient access, and reimbursement teams.
  • Strong relationship management and closing skills, with adaptability to various audiences.
  • Proficiency with sales data and reporting software, MS Office, and familiarity with sales reporting applications.
