We are looking for an account manager or senior manager passionate about social media and digital marketing to manage social media programs for major technology brands, operating in a fast-paced, multi-account environment with a focus on high-quality content, strategy, and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for clients that encompass content, channel, and audience; are aligned to client goals; and demonstrate business impact through insights and analysis.
  • Work as part of integrated PR and digital teams, driving the strategic inclusion of social media across client programs, including content development, community management, publishing best practices, channel strategy, insights and analytics.
  • Manage account teams to ensure seamless delivery of client work, including quality reviews and time/team management.
  • Manage multiple projects and/or accounts to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
  • Produce social-first copy and creative content aligned to individual channel best practices, including support in copywriting weekly social media calendars.
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients as one of the day-to-day contacts.
  • Support new business efforts for the agency, including research and pitch development.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of client-facing digital experience, with at least one year in an agency setting, preferably with social media specialization.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms—primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube—including both organic and paid strategies.
  • Baseline knowledge of earned media and marketing tactics such as search, influencer, and editorial, and how social media and digital activations can be integrated.
  • Experience with social media management, influencer management, and analytics tools (bonus points for Sprinklr, Sprout Social, MuckRack, and Brandwatch).
  • Management experience in program strategy/deliverables and direct reports.
  • Ability to quickly and intelligently adjust digital strategy, voice, and tone based on client and audience needs.
  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring team members, working closely with digital leadership and account teams.
  • Awareness of the latest social and digital trends.
