Account Manager Texas - On Premise

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and coordinate the activities of a designated chain within the state, ensuring a seamless flow of operations and services.
• Act as a liaison between RNDC and a network of suppliers, cultivating strong and mutually beneficial relationships.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop and execute effective chain account sales strategies that drive growth.
• Craft innovative marketing plans and initiatives tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the chain.
• Build and nurture productive relationships with suppliers, chains, and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve common goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some statewide travel required (25%).
• Requires a current state driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Ability to obtain an Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry.
• Industry certifications such as CSW, CSS, WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or Sake Specialist.

Qualifications

• Current state driver's license
• Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements
• Ability to obtain ABC License as required by the state
