The role of the Account Manager, USN USMC, involves building strategic relationships, understanding client missions, and driving business outcomes within US Navy and Marine Corps accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and professional service solutions for core capabilities within large, complex USN and USMC West accounts focused on Workforce Experience, IT Modernization, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to expand account territory.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and maintain excellent knowledge of their missions.
  • Maintain strong relationships and work closely with vendor partners to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of order issues.
  • Drive mission success and growth by fostering strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Leverage business and community relationships to increase revenue and margins through IT solutions sales.
  • Focus on consultative IT sales providing customer-driven outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent and proven track record of 8-10 years understanding customer needs within USN and USMC.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, urgency, and a passion for driving transformational business outcomes.
  • Out of the box thinker with a consultative approach to technology solutions.
  • Strong domain knowledge of mission priorities and customer leadership within the AOR.
  • Prior related military experience or former military within the AOR community is welcomed.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, preferably based in the West.
