Key Responsibilities

  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of expansion sales, renewals, and help reduce churn.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs in the vendor space.
  • Focus on the internal/external customer experience, quality, and results when developing and executing sales and retention programs.
  • Oversee the development, optimization, and communication of integrated GCS expansion sales programs to drive initiatives and improve sales results.
  • Drive sales & service methodologies, processes, and system development and optimization, including evolution of GCS KPIs and performance analytics.
  • Manage and execute high-impact expansion programs including goals, timelines, metrics, results, and feedback/improvements.
  • Leverage relationships with Process Excellence, Program Architecture, Training, Product, and GCS groups to remove roadblocks and progress initiatives.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with Marketing and GTM partners to create seamless communication plans for revenue growth.
  • Make recommendations based on field trends and partnership feedback.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes to provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles, and make decisions to drive business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work, military experience, or specialized training.
  • Sales experience.
  • Project and program management experience.

Nice to Have

  • Vendor Management Experience.
  • Five or more years of experience managing multiple programs, personnel, and profit and loss (P&L).
  • Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant experience in sales, project, and program management.
