The position requires a minimum of four years of experience and involves analyzing and preparing data for data science-driven outcomes, maintaining metadata structures, and supporting post-deployment activities. Strong change management skills are essential, as the role involves identifying new technologies, securing stakeholder buy-in, and driving process improvements. Collaboration, communication, and problem-solving are key to navigating ambiguity, influencing decisions, and delivering innovative solutions in an agile environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with big data, CI/CD pipelines, and complex code development, as well as mentoring and coaching capabilities to grow talent within the team.
