The Arts & Learning Conservatory provides students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels the opportunity to learn and excel in world-class performing arts. This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Ana, CA, for an Administrative Assistant with a focus on Social Media. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for phone etiquette, clerical tasks, executive administrative assistance, and supporting the organization's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and managing phone etiquette
- Managing schedules and preparing documents
- Assisting with social media updates and engagements
- Providing clerical and executive administrative assistance
Requirements
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
