About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team at COASTAL WIPERS, INC. Located in Tampa, FL, this full-time role involves supporting office operations, managing social media presence, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth business functions. The position requires a blend of creativity, strong communication skills, and proficiency in office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending the front desk, providing customer service, entering and processing sales orders and acknowledgements, answering the phone, directing calls, and performing data entry into reports as required.
  • Supporting accounts receivables activities and collections management.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining records and file organization.
  • Creating and managing social media content, keeping up with content calendar to promote consistent messaging.
  • Interacting with and supporting customers and staff across all departments.
  • Supporting basic office needs and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience providing administrative and customer service support.
  • Minimum 2 years of social media management and content creation.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills for professional communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as managing files and records.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in proofreading and editing content.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office/Google Business Apps software applications.
  • Must have QuickBooks experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to navigate various software applications.
  • Proficiency in data entry and working with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a CRM system.
  • Dependable, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and be self-motivated.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in shipping and working with freight carriers.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • 2 years of social media management and content creation
