About the Role

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the organization ensuring alignment with strategic goals. With a focus on Adobe AEM the role requires managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative work environment.
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and status updates.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals.
Utilize Adobe AEM expertise to guide project decisions and optimize outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to align projects with strategic priorities and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and identifying areas for enhancement.

Requirements

Possess extensive experience in program management with a focus on Adobe AEM.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
Exhibit proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
Have a proven track record of successful project execution and stakeholder management.
Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Possess a deep understanding of Adobe AEM and its application in project management.

Qualifications

Experience in program management with a focus on Adobe AEM.
