Adobe Certified Creative Cloud Application Analyst and Graphic Support Assistant II

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced one-on-one support for PRC-supported desktop applications via walk-in, Teams, email, and phone.
• Provide direct expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat.
• Conduct and teach Adobe Creative Cloud training sessions, both in-person and virtually, up to 7 classes per week.
• Create 2D/3D graphics for print, web, and multimedia projects.
• Assist with application updates and hardware changes within 15 days.
• Maintain, track, and set up loaner and classroom equipment including projectors and Smartboards.
• Develop, update, and revise user guides.
• Research and recommend new hardware/software solutions.
• Operate and maintain laser engravers and other specialty equipment, provide hardware support, and perform routine duties related to PRC operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications or a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with at least 2 years of direct experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat.
• Secondary proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint/Visio.
• Ability to support and train users in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience creating graphics for print, web, and multimedia.
• Ability to assist with hardware and application updates within specified timeframes.

Nice to Have

• Certifications or training in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
