Graphic Design/Social Media Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns with visually engaging content for print and electronic media.
• Responsible for creating and implementation of promotional campaigns.
• Create and edit short form videos; assist with photo/video content.
• Create Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media content.
• Manage all aspects of the website including content and creative concepts, landing pages, etc.
• Assist with event planning for conferences, meetings, dining outs, conventions, etc.
• Assist with in-house marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Experience with WordPress is helpful.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related degree; or 2 years of equivalent experience in marketing and social media.
• Must be available to work on-site in Baton Rouge, Monday - Friday, and occasional events on weekends or after-hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience with website management and content creation.
• Knowledge of digital campaign management.
• Experience with video shooting and editing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience.
