About the Role

As an Adobe Strategist at MERGE, you will collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to implement marketing automation solutions using Marketo and other technology platforms within a client marketing-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal peers, leadership team, partners, and external stakeholders to implement automation solutions using Marketo and other technology platforms within a client marketing-focused environment.
Configure marketing automation solutions for clients, including email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurture programs, segmentation, lead qualification, audits, etc.
Conduct visual and functional quality assurance testing to ensure the work product meets and exceeds client requirements and objectives.
Communicate with clients to manage expectations, deliverables, and modifications to their marketing automation platform.
Create and document requirements gathering based on client and project specifications with a high degree of attention to detail.
Interact and work with a broad range of personalities and functions, including clients, business owners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, and project managers.
Use industry and technical knowledge to make strategic recommendations to clients or other stakeholders.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience automating solutions using Marketo Engage.
4-5 years of professional experience on a marketing team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
Demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations.
Ability to clearly communicate with clients and internal teams, both written and oral.
Prior consulting experience (in-house or agency) is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with consulting in-house or at an agency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), or ability to obtain within 3 months.
