Adobe Target Lead Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage A/B and personalization testing initiatives using Adobe Target.
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps for experimentation and personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine test ideas aligned with data and business goals.
• Translate test concepts into technical solutions by engaging with the website's codebase.
• Implement and troubleshoot test use cases directly within Adobe Target.
• Work closely with front-end developers to overcome implementation challenges.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for data extraction, report generation, and insight delivery.
• Lead the analytics function from a technical standpoint, including mentoring junior team members.
• Serve as the client-facing lead for A/B testing and CRO strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading A/B and personalization testing with Adobe Target.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for setting up and troubleshooting tests.
• Experience with data layers and tag management systems like Adobe Launch or Tealium.

Qualifications
