Key Responsibilities

  • Lead experimentation and optimization initiatives to enhance the digital storefront and lead capture experience.
  • Drive measurable increases in conversion rates by working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, analytics, and engineering.
  • Identify opportunities, test solutions, and implement enhancements to maximize revenue and reduce funnel leakage across e-commerce and lead-based transactions.
  • Develop and manage a CRO roadmap aligned with product management priorities and long-term vision.
  • Own and prioritize the CRO backlog, ensuring enhancements, integrations, and new features are sequenced for maximum impact.
  • Partner with design and research teams to ideate, test, and refine features that improve the prospective learner journey.
  • Leverage user feedback and behavioral data to recommend and execute design iterations that increase engagement and conversions.
  • Partner with analytics teams to gather insights, define success metrics, and measure the business impact of CRO initiatives.
  • Communicate results and recommendations through clear, data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders.
  • Align CRO efforts with business and revenue goals, coordinating with marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Ensure experiments are launched and completed on schedule with proper tracking and measurement.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of CRO experiments from hypothesis creation through test design, implementation, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of testing opportunities, incorporating learnings into future iterations to drive performance gains.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in conversion optimization, product experimentation, or ecommerce product management.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Adobe Target.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting test results and user behavior data (e.g., via GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
  • Familiarity with Agile processes and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tests simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with multivariate testing.
  • Experience working in digital marketing or product teams.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and user research methods.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in CRO, product experimentation, or ecommerce.
