About the Role

The Advertising Business Operations team serves to align strategy and execution by championing key initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and alignment within Netflix's Advertising business. The team is responsible for business planning, operational excellence, program incubation and management, risk management, business continuity, and maintaining the rhythm of the Ads organization. The Program Manager role involves driving high-impact cross-functional programs in the advertising space, collaborating with sales, product, finance, operations, and GTM teams to execute and track strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple cross-functional programs that span sales, product, finance, operations, and GTM teams.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with demonstrated expertise in delivering complex, highly ambiguous programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead change management and communications strategies for these initiatives.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years experience in the advertising industry, including 5+ years managing programs.
  • Deep expertise in the CTV and streaming advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of driving complex initiatives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong operational backbone with ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Highly skilled in orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective collaboration skills and embracing differing perspectives to make better decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, challenge assumptions, and implement improved approaches.
  • Ability to dive deep as well as understand the big picture.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing programs in the advertising industry.
  • Deep expertise in CTV and streaming advertising ecosystems.
  • Strong operational and collaboration skills.
