Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analysis of post-launch performance for our products, including gathering and synthesizing feedback from sales data, customer feedback, online reviews, social media channels, CXO and field reports.
Translate complex data and qualitative feedback into compelling narratives and presentations for product teams and senior leadership, communicating key insights, pain points, and opportunities clearly to drive decision-making.
Establish and formalize a continuous feedback loop that funnels post-launch insights directly into the product requirements and roadmap development for future products.
Partner across Boost Mobile teams and channel partners to ensure that feedback is understood and prioritized in the product development cycle.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in Consumer Wireless, Product Analytics, Consumer Insights, Mobile UX, or a related field.
Familiarity with Android operating systems and products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources, such as Gemini and other AI-based tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to translate data into a clear story and recommendation.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
