About the Role

The RPA Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of hyper automation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders, establishing program governance, and managing automation lifecycle processes to drive digital transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of hyper automation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Establish and manage program governance, delivery roadmaps, and performance KPIs.
  • Define and implement a scalable automation pipeline strategy, covering intake, prioritization, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Standardize automation lifecycle processes.
  • Serve as primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
  • Conduct executive briefings, solution demos, and workshops to communicate progress and value realization.
  • Manage change effectively across impacted business units and functions.
  • Act as Agile Delivery Lead for automation squads.
  • Track sprint metrics, manage backlogs, and drive team performance.
  • Identify new opportunities for automation and drive innovation across the enterprise.
  • Mentor and upskill team members on new tools and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in automation and digital transformation roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale automation programs in client-facing environments.
  • Experience in implementing automation solutions using AA360, IDP platforms (e.g., Document Automation, Base64.ai), and AI/ML services.
  • Experience in designing and implementing automation pipelines and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI) and their integration into automation workflows.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies in hyper automation, AI, and digital transformation.

Nice to Have

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience with cognitive services and AI models in document automation workflows.
