About the Role

The Program Manager Non-Tech 5 at BCforward is a remote role based in Redmond, WA, focused on managing social and retail media strategies within a large, complex organization. The position involves overseeing global social commerce initiatives, partnering with retailers worldwide, and leading workstreams to enhance social strategy and retail media network approaches. The role requires a highly motivated professional with extensive experience in social, content, and influencer strategies, as well as digital and ecommerce marketing, to drive consumer engagement and sales across various platforms and markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and elevate social commerce strategies and retail media network initiatives globally, partnering with regional teams and retail partners.
Guide social strategy, campaign planning, and platform optimization to create a seamless path to purchase for consumers.
Collaborate with regional leads in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia to enhance retailer social strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Partner with internal teams and external retail partners to orchestrate collaboration around key marketing moments and campaigns.
Identify new opportunities in social commerce and retail media networks, leading workstreams to implement innovative approaches.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience with social strategy, content strategy, influencer strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns (platform, brand, or agency experience).
Minimum 5+ years of experience within partner, digital, or ecommerce marketing.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a large and complex organization, preferably in consumer electronics, silicon, retail brands, or social media platforms.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience working with global social media strategy and retail media networks, with a preference for experience outside North America.
Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.

Nice to Have

Experience on a brand strategy team and/or media team.
Creator/Influencer strategy experience.
Retail media work experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Benefits & Perks

Contract position with a pay range of $70/hr to $75/hr.
Remote work with PST hours requirement.
Anticipated duration of 10 months.
