Job Description

About the Role

The Program Manager Non-Tech 4 at BCforward supports experimentation in a large consumer sales enablement organization, working with business partners across Stores engineering and marketing teams. The role involves researching websites and store channels, defining, testing, and refining hypotheses, publishing online experiences, and delivering insights through reports. This position is remote, contract-based, and focuses on enhancing customer experience through data-driven experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute tests as the Experimentation Program Manager, including strategic planning, roadmap development, and individual test designs.
  • Gather all necessary information from key business stakeholders and participants to document requirements for new experiments.
  • Ensure the finalization of experiment readouts and their proper posting to the central repository.
  • Review analyses of completed tests to guarantee result accuracy, provide clear customer insights, and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Become familiar with the library of past experiments, Insights, and Learning Series to understand effective strategies and compose new Insights to improve experiment quality.
  • Run basic reports for planning sessions, status/guardrail check-ins, and estimating test durations for new experiments.
  • Support training and community activities related to the experimentation program.
  • Collaborate with tool partners to provision new accounts for Adobe Analytics, Target, ExP, and Content Square.
  • Attend all required team, standup, and other meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Azure Dev Ops.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Online/Digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
  • Experience driving a project to completion.
  • Strong background in Online/Digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in A/B testing processes.
  • Ability to analyze the why behind the what.
  • Experience analyzing traffic sources to websites.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, both written and presentation.
  • Operational responsibilities including sprint planning and Kanban maintenance.
  • Some front-end development knowledge (helpful, not required).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Azure Dev Ops (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in related roles.
