About the Role

The AI Program & Operations Specialist is a key member of the Global AI Office at Guess?, Inc., responsible for enabling the successful scaling, adoption, and impact of AI across the organization. This role bridges communications, training, operations, and research to ensure that AI initiatives are understood, embraced, and executed effectively worldwide. By coordinating across regions, functions, and business units, the Specialist plays a central role in turning the global AI strategy into operational reality.

Key Responsibilities

Drive communication of AI initiatives, successes, and best practices across global markets.
Develop messaging, internal campaigns, and materials to build awareness and engagement.
Support the marketing of AI programs to ensure visibility and momentum.
Coordinate AI training sessions, onboarding resources, and learning pathways.
Partner with functional leaders to ensure new AI tools and capabilities are understood and adopted.
Track adoption progress and gather feedback to continuously improve enablement.
Support the day-to-day operations of the Global AI Office, including project tracking, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
Maintain alignment between global and regional AI efforts, ensuring consistency and knowledge-sharing.
Contribute to governance processes, standards, and best practices for scaling AI globally.
Conduct targeted research on AI trends, tools, and opportunities relevant to business priorities.
Participate in pilot projects, providing operational and communications support during testing and rollout.
Help evaluate pilot outcomes and capture learnings to inform global scaling.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
2-4 Years of experience
Experience in program team coordination and project reporting
Ability to support employee onboarding and training
Strong operational management skills
Research skills related to AI trends and tools
Cross-functional collaboration experience
Excellent communication skills for strategic messaging and internal campaigns
