Job Description

About the Role

The GTM Program Manager is responsible for managing programs across GTM or In-Market functions such as marketing, sales, and communications for products. They ensure that strategies are implemented throughout the entire customer journey, from launch and beyond. The role involves defining and improving GTM processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder readiness plans, and fostering organizational maturity through best practices and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage programs across GTM or In-Market functions (marketing, sales, comms, etc.) for products, ensuring strategy is implemented across the entire customer journey.
  • Define and improve overall GTM/In-Market processes, including planning, gating, and jeopardy management.
  • Work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans, including reporting key milestones, risks, contingency planning, and issue escalation.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints, and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues.
  • Build organizational maturity by setting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across RL.
  • Manage GTM and In-Market information cadences and processes, including status updates to senior leaders, escalations, mitigations, and documentation in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Foster relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their needs and improve collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales operations and program management, process design for product life cycles, project planning, or business planning for new consumer product launches.
  • 5+ years experience launching consumer products.
  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience delivering communications to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience representing programs, projects, and products with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
