About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all staff is adequately trained and that maximum flexibility of staffing is maintained.
• Encourage and motivate performance, generate and sustain the enthusiasm and commitment of staff and develop a positive environment.
• Ensure that staff have regular team briefings.
• Undertake annual performance reviews of team members.
• Organize and authorize annual leave and overtime for staff within set parameters.
• Contribute to initiatives to improve the efficiency and productivity.
• Thorough understanding of retailing structure and operation.
• Knowledge of online and offline media strategies and program execution.
• Manage client's circular production process and facilitate planning meetings.
• Manage Print and Media budget planning.
• Develop marketing objectives, strategies and execution for current or prospective services for clients.
• Manage broadcast/traffic process - submit messaging and approve spots.
• Participate in weekly meetings with executives and monthly promotional planning meetings.
• Develop project timelines and task lists.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of POS and retail store signage.
• Knowledge of commercial printing and pre-press processes.
• Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all assigned Client services.
• Maintain contact and develop relationships with Client's management.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Be aware of and promote new potential Ivie services with the Client.
• Keep Quad Management informed regularly of Client's status.
• Communicate regularly with all Quad Service Departments to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
• Assist in developing presentations for prospective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field required. (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to relate to and form relationships with Client's management.
• Ability to understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve Client's marketing goals.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically to meet Client's needs.
• Ability to deliver first-class service to the Client.
• Ability to analyze and judge prospective projects, jobs and services.
• Ability to handle multiple issues and functions simultaneously.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adjust to changing requirements and schedules.
• Proven analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act on own initiative and seek suggestions from peers and employees.
• Leadership qualities and ability to build positive relationships quickly.
• Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel as required, including temporary out-of-town assignments.
• Basic understanding of remote connectivity to communicate with headquarters.
