Senior Regional Marketing Specialist, Central

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute regional marketing programs by designing and implementing targeted campaigns aligned with the Americas and Enterprise GTM Strategy to generate a robust pipeline of new and upsell business supporting regional sales and product goals.
• Lead cross-functional marketing alignment by acting as the 'quarterback' for all marketing activities supporting the regional sales team, coordinating efforts with product, digital, content, Account Based Marketing, and event marketing teams to deliver cohesive programs.
• Serve as a consultative partner to regional sales by building and maintaining trusted relationships with sales leaders, account executives, and sales development representatives, providing strategic marketing insights, tools, and resources to help achieve sales objectives.
• Analyze and report on regional performance through in-depth, data-driven evaluations, delivering insights during forecast and pipeline review calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Manage marketing program budgets and vendor relationships to ensure efficient investment with a strong program cost-to-pipeline return.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to design joint initiatives, leveraging partner strengths to enhance marketing programs and maximize pipeline impact.
• Provide regular performance feedback and reporting by tracking and optimizing the effectiveness of regional marketing programs based on ROI and sales feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of regional or field marketing experience within a B2B enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's Degree; Marketing preferred.
• Experience with marketing tools and technologies such as Salesforce, Tableau, Splash, Asana, Marketo, and 6Sense.
• Travel required: up to 30%.
• This is a remote position.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within enterprise SaaS or identity/security industries.
• Knowledge of regional market dynamics in the Central U.S. region.
• Experience in demand generation and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Formal educational background including a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Proven experience in regional or field marketing roles within a B2B enterprise environment.

• Annual On Target Earnings (OTE) range between $107,000 and $161,000 USD, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
