About the Role

As a member of the Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will support Commercial Solution Sales by guiding revenue for specific products through technical expertise and solution positioning during sales cycles. This role involves working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to develop and deliver product-specific solutions, conduct discovery workshops, provide product demonstrations, and gather customer feedback to enhance product offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and add value.
  • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to guide execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Experience with travel as necessary.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's impact on industry or functions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
