About the Role

As a member of the Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will support TMT Customer Workflow and Solution Sales by providing technical expertise during sales cycles. You will guide revenue growth through solution delivery and positioning, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role involves hands-on technical consulting, developing and demonstrating product solutions, and contributing to the success of the sales process in a dynamic, innovative company that aims to make the world work better for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions accordingly.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles to achieve sales goals.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements to meet customer needs.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Experience working with telecom industry.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
