The role of AEM Web Publisher-Experience Lead, Vice President at BNY is part of the digital marketing team, located in New York, NY. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, author, and publish high-quality digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with a focus on technical accuracy and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team members to bring their strategy to life in the web channel.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to implement AEM components, templates, and workflows that enhance content delivery and site performance.
  • Support demand generation efforts through web channel; collaborate with marketing technology teams to produce high quality leads.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve content publishing issues, ensuring seamless deployment across environments.
  • Customize and extend AEM authoring interfaces to improve editorial efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage digital assets and metadata within AEM DAM, ensuring proper tagging, versioning, and accessibility.
  • Implement and maintain content version control, approval workflows, and publishing schedules aligned with project timelines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to recommend improvements and support continuous optimization.
  • Stay current with AEM platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in content management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience working with enterprise-grade content management systems (CMS), with a strong preference for experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • AEM certification a plus.
  • Working knowledge of front-end web development (e.g., HTML, CSS).
  • 2+ years of experience managing web transformations or redesigns.
  • Enthusiasm for embracing AI in workflows, including using existing resources and creating new agents within our environment.
  • Understanding of website analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to make recommendations/drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to website development.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices, including familiarity with accessibility standards and practices (e.g., WCAG).
  • Strong project management skills and experience with related tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and practices (e.g., WCAG).
  • Experience managing digital assets and metadata within AEM DAM.

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
