About the Role

The Agile IT Project Manager will support national security initiatives by delivering advanced digital solutions and managing complex IT projects in an Agile environment. The role involves working closely with clients to develop project roadmaps, establish milestones, and track progress, all within a dynamic and fast-paced setting. The position emphasizes transforming digital platforms and making a tangible difference through innovative project management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress.
Work closely with clients to advance complex IT initiatives.
Manage and deliver digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in business development and contribute to client success.
Supervise teams and coordinate project activities to meet objectives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with IT project or program management in a DoD setting.
2+ years of experience as an Agile or Scrum Project Manager.
Experience with enterprise data center or Cloud hosting projects, including design, development, production, installation, and testing.
Experience in a management role supervising teams.
Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Ability to multitask, problem solve, and execute with limited requirements.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
Project Management Professional Certification.

Nice to Have

Experience with Navy acquisition program management.
Knowledge of Cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Scrum Master or SAFe Certification.

Qualifications

Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
Project Management Professional Certification.
