About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach agile development teams in Scrum principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments that hinder the progress of the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products by supporting agile processes.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Denver, CO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
• Experience in specific industries relevant to the company (e.g., healthcare, mobile/cable, finance).
• Familiarity with software development tools and technologies (e.g., Git, Java, etc.).
• Experience with multiple Agile teams in different organizations.
• Lean Methodology Certification(s).
