Key Responsibilities

Manage the project budget, including understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively
Provide Project/Program status i.e., Mission Critical Program Updates (weekly meeting) and Clarity Reporting
Ensure adherence to and proper organization usage of project/program management practices in alignment with an agile methodology implementation
Facilitate/manage project communications and stakeholder, client, and project team expectations
Report on KPIs related to pipeline and execution portfolios, financials, and performance measures
Support Backlog & Capacity Management through the management of new project flow into development
Create and maintain project & capacity forecasting including allocations and variance
Maintain Clarity (PPM tool), JIRA Management and publish appropriate reports to create transparency

Requirements

6+ years of experience in progressive technology project management experience, including management of major application development projects, in large operating environments
6+ years of experience in agile methodology
6+ years of experience in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
6+ years of experience in software development related projects
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience

Nice to Have

Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments (10-20 Projects simultaneously)
SAFe methodology experience
Agile coaching experience
Release management experience
Experience in payments or FinTech domain

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience
