About the Role

As an Agile Technology Project Manager at Fiserv, you will be responsible for driving high-priority projects or phases of larger application development programs within a global leader in Fintech and payments. You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, and ensure project methodologies and delivery processes are followed to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This role involves managing project schedules, risks, scope changes, and ensuring effective communication and process improvements across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the project budget, including understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively
Provide Project/Program status updates, including weekly mission-critical program updates and Clarity reporting
Provide clear and concise project communication, both written and verbal
Partner with Release Management and Product Delivery teams to ensure release readiness
Ensure adherence to and proper organization usage of project/program management practices in alignment with an agile methodology implementation
Support Backlog & Capacity Management through the management of new project flow into development
Create and maintain project & capacity forecasting including allocations and variance
Maintain Clarity (PPM tool), JIRA Management and publish reports to create transparency

Requirements

6+ years of experience in progressive technology project management, including management of major application development projects in a large operating environment
6+ years of experience in agile methodology
1 year of experience with Fiserv platforms
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience

Nice to Have

Experience in payments or FinTech domain
