Key Responsibilities

Execute true end-to-end development and testing of software products in an agile lifecycle.
Partner with key technical and business stakeholders to refine product vision, estimate and design solutions.
Create or customize software to meet project requirements, ensuring quality through manual and automated tests.
Support the deployment of new software into production.
Perform data capture from images using OCR and AI/ML technologies and Barcode engines (1D and 2D) with vendor platforms.
Serve as a full stack agile application developer responsible for development from front end to back end, including refactoring legacy code and reducing technical debts.
Develop applications providing full business process management and workflow using vendor platforms, handling document classification/separation, data extraction, and repository commits.
Add automated unit tests in legacy web applications and new applications using GitHub Copilot.
Perform functional testing, including creating, maintaining, and executing manual and automated tests.
Participate in code migration, deployment, and rollout processes as needed.
Collaborate with team members, be flexible, take initiative, explore new ideas, learn continuously, and mentor team members.

Requirements

Degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to learn and adapt to develop using Tungsten Automation vendor platform or similar platforms such as Azure Doc Intelligence, IBM Datacap, Captiva, or ILINX.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET features, and SQL queries.
Ability to build APIs to connect to other data sources.
At least five years of work experience in Application Development/IT Systems Testing and team leadership.

Nice to Have

3 years of hands-on experience implementing Tungsten (formerly Kofax) Total Agility and its Transformation Designer or similar experience in other vendor platforms.
Knowledge of using Agentic AI to create browser-based automated functional tests.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in application development, IT systems testing, and team leadership.
