Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to delivering reliable and rugged microcontroller software development and testing support across multiple programs within the COMODO team.
  • Develop, integrate, and test code for a softcore microprocessor within an RT Polarfire FPGA for Mission Demo 4 (MD4).
  • Participate in space-enabled beyond light of sight (BLOS) communications demonstrations using a low SWaP Software Defined Radio (SDR).
  • Work as part of a small team to develop and support embedded software solutions for space missions.
  • Apply technical aptitude to develop creative and novel technical solutions that have a lasting impact.

Requirements

  • Experience with C/C++ programming.
  • Experience in a software or technical field.
  • Working knowledge of Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, or other CI/CD toolsets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience with Microcontrollers.

  • Results driven, strong problem-solving/out of the box thinking skills.
  • Ability to perform software integration and test development activities.
  • Ability to work within multiple programming languages, operating systems, and development environments.

  • Experience level: Experienced Professional.
  • Relocation possible.
