About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of our self-service BI platform, including reporting and data pipelines.
• Build new and modify existing reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and data pipelines that facilitate business insights.
• Process data files that require semi-manual transformations, identify efficiencies, and develop automated data pipelines for these tasks.
• Create automated data quality validation and data observability solutions to ensure data integrity across various sources and platform; improve processes efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform data cataloging by using Informatica CDGC (Cloud Data Governance and Catalog) services: catalog data sources, reports, APIs, document data flow across systems and reports, maintain business glossary, etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot data-related issues, and deliver user-friendly solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including functions and macros.
• Ability to create and modify SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ThoughtSpot add/or Natural Language Generation software.
• Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, master data management, data analytics, BI reporting, and data science.
• Experience with data catalog tools like Informatica CDGC, Collibra, or Alation.
• Background in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in the field.
