This position is part of Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), which is a global organization that sits within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS) and is American Express' marketing services center of excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-first marketing that accelerates business growth through optimized go-to-market solutions and the development of best-in-class MarTech products & processes. This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Offers Ecosystem (DOE) MarOps Solutions team, focused on ensuring flawless execution and delivery of Amex Offers campaigns, enabling partner priorities, and maintaining a continuous focus on operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the Marketing Execution Lead (MEL) for Amex Offer campaigns, managing and submitting offers through all required review processes and working closely with compliance review partners and marketing partners to ensure all campaigns are fully approved prior to launch.
  • Executing the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns, including partner and event-based offers, ensuring the successful set-up and delivery of offers.
  • Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns.
  • Supporting new capabilities to increase agility and efficiency while mitigating risk.
  • Driving process innovation by analyzing existing systems and introducing more effective, scalable solutions.
  • Providing expertise and guidance to help Marketing partners successfully bring campaigns to market.
  • Working closely with Technologies to track and validate offers, ensuring they launch successfully.
  • Continuously meeting the evolving needs of our Partners, Cardmembers, and Merchants.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of marketing execution and project management a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution.
  • Analytical mindset; proficient in Excel.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate complex ideas and influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results.
  • Proven relationship management skills and ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to think innovatively and challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort with and ability to understand capabilities and technical systems.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
