About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client loyalty and business through marketing tactics.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to optimize marketing impact while mitigating risks.
• Create appealing marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in Investments and Capital Markets.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
• Preferably fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Experience in AI utilization is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in data collection and reporting for marketing campaigns.
