About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Attend merchant meetings and identify and facilitate OMS requests
• Responsible for assortment growth projects, status reporting, item troubleshooting, and attribute maintenance
• Serve as SME for product category online, reporting on best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements
• Measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets
• Develop and execute ongoing enhancements and business process optimization strategies based on performance and customer feedback
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve for ongoing operational needs such as store SKU alignment and online product availability
• Author clear, concise end user/training materials for processes

Requirements

• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Experience in vendor/supplier management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Data analysis skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Ability to meet deadlines with long and short-term projects
• Understanding of merchandising assortment and product classifications
• Strong knowledge of internal Home Depot store product systems
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
