Analyst Project Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in development program development
• Develop timelines based on deliverables in various templates
• Manage and run team meetings as needed to maintain development schedule
• Update timeline activities within Microsoft Project and distribute with team minutes to group and management
• Escalate issues to the appropriate SPAD management when necessary to maintain program schedule

Requirements

• Progressive broad-based professional / business experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Project as well as Microsoft Office software
• Strong analysis, problem solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Project management experience working on complex and highly integrated development projects
• Proficiency utilizing data warehouse system(s) (e.g., PWA Project Web Application)

Nice to Have

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Minimum 2-3 years knowledge of Automotive Development process
• Expertise in Project Management tools, methodology and systems
