About the Role

Randstad Digital is hiring an Analytics Consultant to join their team in Anchorage, Alaska. The role involves consulting on complex analytics initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges, and collaborating strategically with client personnel. Key Responsibilities

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Analytics.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
5+ years of analytic development experience.
5+ years of SQL experience.
Ability to write clear and precise user requirements for business metrics, datasets, and dashboards.
Experience in consumer lending or other financial services.
