About the Role

As a Senior Analytics Consultant, you will play a strategic role in shaping and delivering innovative analytics solutions for complex business and technical challenges. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making and long-term impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in analytics, providing strategic guidance on initiatives that address highly complex business and technical needs.
Lead the development and implementation of scalable, innovative analytics solutions that require advanced problem-solving, creativity, and vision.
Consult on strategy and resolution of unique challenges across multiple domains, leveraging deep analytical and inductive thinking.
Partner with senior leadership to influence decision-making and drive adoption of data-driven solutions.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of analytics initiatives.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in analytics, demonstrated through a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, or education.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow and its application in analytics or business operations.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership.

Nice to Have

Experience in enterprise-scale analytics environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and advanced analytics tools.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
