Key Responsibilities

  • Build ETL pipelines and ingest data from different sources (like RDBMS, APU, DataLake (S3)) for KPIs and new data sources.
  • Monitor ETL jobs and adapt to partner changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, investigation parameters, and objectives of new ETL jobs and analyses.
  • Build BI reports in Superset.
  • Ensure analytics development processes and controls comply with policy and are well documented.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data pipelines and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in building and deploying ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software such as Superset.
  • Ability to complete advanced functions including joins, calculations and intermediate SQL proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience in model building and performance evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of logic, definitions, and argumentation.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in computer science, data science, analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
