Key Responsibilities

Design and build reliable, scalable ETL pipelines to power analytics and reporting.
Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Mode with strong UX best practices.
Architect dimensional data models that ensure self-service analytics and scale across datasets.
Manage and evolve core reporting infrastructure, including semantic layers, tagging logic, and automation frameworks.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across BI assets through testing, documentation, and governance.
Partner with teams to develop new reporting logic as the NFL program evolves.
Support and train business users to improve data fluency and BI tool adoption.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in BI development, analytics engineering, or data product roles.
Strong SQL experience designing performant, reusable data models.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode Analytics, and dashboard performance optimization.
Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and reporting systems for high-volume, business-critical use cases.
