About the Role

The Analytics Manager role is based in Los Angeles, CA, San Bruno, CA, Hoboken, NJ, or Chicago, IL, and involves driving strategic analysis of omni-channel campaigns for some of the largest advertisers in the world. The position is part of the Client Connect team, focusing on deriving tactical and strategic insights using tools like Tableau and SQL, and communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders. This is a non-remote opportunity requiring reporting into one of the specified locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in managing the interpretation, analytics reporting, and analysis for key insights and performance recommendations with Client advertisers.
  • Deliver clarity to advertisers seeking causal insights and measurement impact from strategy, planning, and campaign completion.
  • Create and lead client-facing analysis, including calls and in-person presentations, to drive data-driven best practices, recommendations, and guidance for top advertisers.
  • Perform hands-on analysis and conduct in-depth investigations with the team.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end measurement projects and make actionable recommendations to the business.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions.
  • Contribute to building measurement and analytics tools and platforms reflecting the best available solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing).
  • 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy, analytics, and measurement, managing multiple priorities and milestones.
  • Experience in data manipulation languages such as SQL and R, and in visualization tools like Tableau and Datorama.
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution, and ROI measurement, including online advertising performance and awareness.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and communicate effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment and delivering functional features in short timeframes.
  • Ability to speak to technical topics and metrics in an understandable manner.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing).
  • 5+ years of experience with media and marketing measurement, analytics, and reporting within an advertising agency or consulting.
  • Experience with online advertising targeting and measurement systems (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs).
  • Knowledge of advertising technology including third-party ad-serving, tag management solutions, and programmatic ad buying platforms.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and drive clarity of direction.
  • Experience with project management platforms like Jira.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate test design and statistical concepts.
  • Experience in developing and presenting strategic, action-oriented recommendations to executive audiences.
  • Relationship management experience with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
