Key Responsibilities

Defining tagging requirements and translating business needs into measurement strategies.
Troubleshooting data issues related to analytics and tag management.
Writing automated tag tests to ensure data accuracy.
Maintaining documentation related to tagging and analytics processes.
Managing tasks via JIRA and collaborating with developers, marketers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Business Analysis with expertise in requirement gathering.
Strong experience with Marketing analytics technologies, preferably Adobe Analytics.
Experience working with Tag Management System (TMS).
Experience conducting root cause analysis with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics.
Basic understanding of front end technologies like JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
Digital / Web experience.
Previous lead experience.
Experience with BI tools.
Adobe cloud experience.
