About the Role

The APAC Channel Marketing Manager at Formlabs is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to promote Formlabs' professional 3D printers across various industries in the APAC region. The role involves collaborating with global teams, managing regional marketing initiatives, and leading the APAC marketing team to drive brand awareness, channel partner engagement, and market growth in sectors such as manufacturing, dental, and medical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end marketing plans to synchronize Formlabs and Channel Partner marketing and promotional initiatives across manufacturing, dental, and medical sectors.
  • Manage regional PR, brand positioning, and awareness initiatives to uphold Formlabs' status as the market leader in professional 3D printing.
  • Collaborate with global product marketing, content, and translation teams to deliver tailored content for customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement regional channel programs and empower channel partners with effective product marketing materials.
  • Engage with customers to gain insights into their usage of Formlabs printers and create customer success stories across diverse industries.
  • Establish and monitor key regional marketing KPIs and OKRs related to channel performance, web traffic, user engagement, and other metrics.
  • Manage the APAC marketing team and participate in the APAC leadership team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in regional marketing for a global B2B product company.
  • Experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines including content development, brand, channel marketing strategies, and demand generation.
  • Excellent English language skills; Chinese, Korean, or Japanese skills are a plus.
  • Experience using tools like Google/Baidu Analytics, Website CMS, Salesforce/CRM, Marketing Automation.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities, and issues, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets.
  • Strong team player.

Nice to Have

  • Familiar with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Experience working with SFDC and Marketo or other similar CRM systems.
  • Technical/engineering background or experience marketing to the manufacturing, dental, or medical industries.
  • Experience working with agencies for content output, PR, and media opportunities.
  • Passionate about 3D printing and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in rapidly growing startup environments.
