Key Responsibilities

  • Position and package our Activation and Paid Media capabilities, creating creative messaging that connects CDP value and AI Agents to measurable performance outcomes across activation channels and paid media.
  • Bring competitive strategy across the MarTech and AdTech landscape by analyzing and anticipating competitor moves, defining our difference, and equipping the sales team with compelling narratives.
  • Promote sales and customer engagement by building content, strategies, and sales tools that help our teams win with CMOs, digital media leaders, and practitioner audiences.
  • Build and evolve the AI narrative for Activation and Media, defining how Amperity's AI Agents guide better outcomes and ensuring our message leads the market.
  • Create industry-specific plays by packaging our value into tailored solutions for markets like Retail, Sports, and Automotive, linking product capabilities to industry challenges and measurements.
  • Be the voice of the customer in roadmap planning by bringing insights from sales calls, competitive research, and industry trends into product strategy.
  • Strengthen activation ecosystem partnerships by understanding activation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other engagement tools to inform positioning, messaging, and maximize partnership impact.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B product marketing experience in MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS.
  • Expertise in activation, paid media, audience management, or customer data platforms.
  • Familiarity with key activation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Iterable, and how brands use them to orchestrate marketing campaigns.
  • Experience shaping AI narratives by translating complex AI capabilities into customer value stories and competitive differentiation.
  • Strong ability to connect technical capabilities with marketing performance outcomes for different personas including marketing executives, practitioners, and IT/data teams.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can move fast, execute flawlessly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative partner who enjoys working across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Prior experience with customer research, segmentation, and competitive analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with autonomous AI agents and translating AI capabilities into customer value.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and solutions in Retail, Sports, and Automotive markets.
