About the Role

They focus on creating seamless self-service and human-assisted customer interactions, leveraging market insights, and aligning digital product vision with business priorities. The role involves managing digital product development, measurement, optimization, and cross-channel strategy to drive adoption, engagement, and growth across digital and human interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a data-driven approach to prioritize and build the right digital solutions that maximize results for end users and internal business partners.
  • Continuously measure and optimize digital experiences to support seamless customer interactions.
  • Advocate for reusability of capabilities to drive cost-effective scale and speed to market.
  • Leverage market and customer insights to establish a digital product vision and align it across functions.
  • Manage the digital product roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle and re-evaluate priorities during planning.
  • Develop and track North Star Metrics (NSM) to connect business outcomes to customer value and manage performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify digital product-market fit through research deliverables.
  • Enable cross-channel strategies by delivering integrated digital solutions that drive adoption and growth.
  • Evaluate and improve digital product performance using OKRs and leading indicators.

Requirements

  • Digital Product Management experience.
  • Ability to leverage market insights, customer needs, and internal priorities to establish a digital product vision.
  • Experience managing digital product roadmaps and delivering through agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture, RESTful concepts, and JSON structure.
  • Experience translating business requirements into API specifications using Swagger.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and other teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience managing APIs and understanding of API performance, scalability, and documentation.
  • 3+ years of designing, programming, testing, or supporting APIs (though no programming required).
  • 3+ years of experience managing financial technology products.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Visio, and API management platforms such as Apigee.

Nice to Have

  • Expertise on product model system elements that help and hinder performance.
  • Knowledge of risk management processes and tools.
  • Experience with product PnL, product strategy, and go-to-market planning.
  • Familiarity with Dragonboat product management tool.
  • Experience with wireframing and technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital product management and API development.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API concepts, JSON, and API architecture.
  • Experience managing financial technology products.
