About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and customer needs for turbomachinery control in different verticals.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) process by developing business cases and product requirements, and coordinating with technology and cross-functional teams for timely development and launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and lifecycle support of products.
• Monitor product pricing performance and review pricing during recurrent update cycles.
• Support the commercial success of the product line by working with marketing and sales teams to position products and develop sales enablement materials.
• Support the definition of the product line roadmap based on market needs and business goals.
• Maintain documentation related to new product introductions and prepare reports on project status and performance.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
• Identify potential issues during NPI and develop solutions to address them, supporting strategies to ensure smooth product launches.
• Travel up to 20%.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in product management, sales/marketing, project engineering or field services in the turbomachinery industry.
• Knowledge of control applications for industrial processes and turbomachinery equipment services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications
