About the Role

Our Technology team has 6 different departments: Information Security, Service Delivery, Business Enabling Systems, eCommerce & Marketing Technology, Data and Stores, Services & Supply Chain. Whether it's online or in our stores, the work that the IT team does is instrumental in PetSmart's success. We have a strategic and actionable plan underway and are looking for associates who are just as excited about it as we are. This role is based at PetSmart's Phoenix Home Office, with a collaborative and flexible work environment, including in-person collaboration and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for complex and critical digital products serving pet parents in their online and omni-channel journeys.
Define the product vision based on data, insights, and research, aligning with PetSmart's strategic goals, and lead Product Management 'center of excellence' groups to ensure best practices.
Develop, prioritize, and communicate a product roadmap that creates best-in-class customer experiences across channels, including defining KPIs and monitoring success post-implementation.
Work closely with UX and A/B testing teams to define tests for upcoming initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, gather requirements, discuss prioritization, and communicate product updates through various channels.
Oversee the product lifecycle, including maintenance, scalability, and enhancements, while understanding technical issues and making informed decisions.

Requirements

7+ years experience in Product Owner or Product Manager discipline, or equivalent.
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
Proficiency with Google Analytics tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and Agile principles.
Understanding of agile principles.

Nice to Have

Experience with scaled agile frameworks.
Additional technical or product management certifications.

Qualifications

Formal educational background not explicitly specified, but extensive experience in product management is required.
